As I was stuck in Mexico over the holidays I decided for a week off in January. I had wanted to check on my car in storage Sacramento and dig around for some needed paperwork, and just overall relax. It’s working!

About the highest place to get an overly awesome view of the city and bay is Twin Peaks. I got a real good workout on the hike and the view was about as clear as it gets. It was chilly given I only brought a wind breaker, but moving around kept me warm.
I want to come back here one clear day and do a time lapse of the sunset!
I can’t say that I want to leave, but I business calls me to Sacramento for a day. Then I am returning to Piney Point for a few days to see the freshly painted interior of my house for the first time. I will likely plan some kitchen upgrades as well.
Oh how exciting you must think! Oddly the weather is perfect in Querétaro right now but it feels so wonderful just to be back in the good old US, anything is exciting! I am looking forward to Japanese Noodles tonight with a good friend and a few more stress free days!
