This was my first “road trip” in Japan.
We took the Shinkansen from Nagoya to Hiroshima and viewed the monument of the last surviving structure of the atomic bomb. We were in awe.
Then we took the ferry to Miyajima Island. The walk was unforgettable.
I must return.
