I was never a fan of chicken thighs (loved by the elites as they are moist and flavorful). But this recipe called for them, so I ordered boneless/skinless organic. It worked!
For anything vaguely Greek, Kalamata olives and Feta cheese are a match made in heaven. This was good, but not great. C+. When I find a recipe coming in at B-, I will publish it.
