I caught this documentary on Netflix tonight, originally airing on PBS. The name rang a bell, but she was not in my memory banks, as were many of the stars of the decades before I was born.
I’m half way through and fascinated. Sad, she became a recluse in old age. In the age of clueless YouTube stars, I am glad to find substance in past.
Being born beautiful has its merits. Rich parents help.
