Thankfully, my Covid isolation grilled-cheese sandwich addiction was easy to overcome. I am perfectly happy with one good burger a week, as far as bread consumption.
Orange juice is hardly a health food, as it is loaded in sugar. For years I have been routinely buying the “Not from Concentrate” brands along with low-sodium V-8.
Fresh citrus fruits are healthy. I now buy a bag of organic lemons every week and start off the morning by mixing a dash of honey in a splash of hot water (while the coffee is brewing). Then I slice and squeeze the juice of one lemon into the glass over ice. That is the first beverage of the morning, and it is surprisingly refreshing.
