My second bedroom serves as my home gym until I enclose half of my screened porch late this summer.
Horseshoes and Hand Grenades is my 2nd all-time favorite Green Day song (with American Idiot topping it). I never took the time to figure out the trilogy storyline and found their last CD a disappointment, but this song as about as raw and driving as one can get.
So now home after a year in Mexico, no more *urking around! I’m relaxed and rested and going to dive into a fitness and super-foods diet routine – and have fun doing it. More on the super-foods tomorrow. Think kale as top of the list!
Wow, it is so good to be home and only have to concern myself with a little 5X5 storage area in Sacramento that costs less than a buck a day.
Tomorrow I will take out the kayak for the first time – paddle from my pier on the mighty Potomac to a quiet bay. The first thing I read about kayak safety is never kayak alone. Bullhsit.
Of course if you never here from me after today I take it back. Driving, anywhere, anytime is the biggest risk we all face, and it seems to be an acceptable risk we have to take.
