I booked my flight and rental truck today to finally move my stuff from Maryland to California in May. My favorite airline, Virgin America was swallowed up by Alaska Airlines, but I booked the same iconic first-class flight from San Francisco to Washington – a route I will likely take for the last time.
The drive back will be the southern route through Colorado on I-70 (pure eye candy) and then down to Las Vegas. I am not sure if I will spend any time aside from a night there, but this will also be my last coast-to-coast road trip, so why not?
