Ironic that I’m leaving Blacksburg just as daylight saving time kicks in and this horrible winter winds down. It’s an amazing little university town scarred by one of the most vicious mass murdering sprees. But it has recovered.
A spanking new Engineering Department will open soon, just after the state-of-the-art Center for the Arts did totally marvelous things in late 2013.
