Likely a copyright violation, but likely the owners don’t mind!
Perhaps it’s because of the New Year; perhaps it’s because I got through my annual physical with all body parts in tact – with only one warning – work on your fitness.
Well, I am – sort of. Spending ten hours a day keeping my client happy and commuting over two hours a day takes its toll. Driving 300 miles every other weekend to check 0n the house in this alien climate state called “winter” is not something I’d wish on anyone.
So where’s the time for fitness? For me, walking as much as possible while billing my client by the hour (now 14,000 daily steps tracked by my FitBit), and this little ten minute morning workout which is awesome – and painful!
So from my doctor to you all – move!
