Even with all the risk today with just leaving the house, I could not pass on the opportunity to lease a small space in Monterey Motorsport. It’s really a series of glorified garages for rich old white dudes.
But Sprinter Van Conversion seems to be meeting the requirements for business use. My unit is only 2.5 feet wider than the empty one pictured— but that’s an extra 75 square feet of space. The mezzanine will become my design studio (fancy phrase for man cave).
This is what my unit will look like from the outside, but not an end unit.
What I like is that the unit is against the back wall of the complex — no neighbors across the drive allows for a bit more privacy. Move-in date is still TBD, but I am excited.
