My shop is a bit chilly these days, and with the crash of Joby’s first flying prototype, my focus is on supporting the Joby path forward — and that takes a lot of effort.

So, I moved my new toys back to my home and picked up two tiny little amps so I could practice at home. That is therapy — and it works.

Of course, I practice with headphones at the house. Trust me, I can blast my eardrums out (if I chose) at the shop, but I won’t. But to feel the sound on your chest with a Peavey Bass Amp at max is still pretty cool.
