Joby Aero is moving to Marina, California, ironically in an old Fort Ord Army Hanger where I worked for another startup in the late 1990’s. It is now being wonderfully renovated and populated with state-of-the-art composite process equipment.

I lucked out on a rental 1.5 miles from the Marina Airport. It is a brand-new house, and my first task is convincing those cute little brown ants that lived here for a few million years before me to now leave.

Shock & Awe seems my only remedy.

This kitchen is huge. Perfect as I was spoiled with three free meals a day back in Bonney Doon – and I am in the heart of Salinas Valley, America’s salad bowl. Nice new chapter in life ahead.
