Shrimp, Aspargus, Corona and 1800!

My Favorite Dish to Celebrate Anything!

It was a highly productive week in Piney Point. My house looks like a house again instead of a warehouse. My last night at home called for a little fun – my favorite seafood dish and something I rarely do – a few shots of a really premium tequila (still tastes like turpentine to me).

Really – we only took two shots – and that was Plenty!

I’m in Houston at the moment, tethered to my iPhone. In 3 hours, if all goes well, I will be home in Querétaro with a warm sunny day off. Then it is back to getting this new LearJet 85 flying!
