Sous Vide was all the rage about a half decade ago. Given I am later adaptor and now working from home, I finally have a chance to experiment.
What brought this on: dry chicken breast, tough pork chops and my inability to grill a steak perfectly medium rare.
Tonight’s project: Ribeye steak with baked sweet potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon, walnuts and maple syrup! More to come.
