Voted the best hamburger by Consumer Reports (with McDonalds at last), I come here on Saturdays to begin my mundane weekend tasks. Their burgers are good, but not great. A great burger, once consumed, takes days from one’s life, with all the added saturated fat, non-nutritional wheat and the god-awful added sodium – but it just tastes so good.
In-N-Out is the cult favorite here in California, but they serve up a greasy lump of crap that just sticks in the belly longer than it needs to, and kills you sooner.
The best option at Habit Burger is not a burger, but Ahi Tuna on whole wheat with green beans. Their chicken sandwich comes in second, and their charburger with cheese deserved winning the best – at least for a fast food burger chain (mine are infinitely better).
Ok, back to qualifying airplanes tomorrow (a fucking battle).
