Fins + Claws is a curiosity here on St. George Island. It once was the Sea-Fruit Oyster House and is one of the last oyster shucking houses left in Southern Maryland. It was converted to an indoor/outdoor facility to host any kind of party you can imagine. Although this visit I must say that Captain Jack should consider a major cleanup – perhaps a renovation is in the works?
I regret not spending more time on my kayak and boat this last summer; I was simply too busy trying to master the VARTM process for our carbon fiber furniture (and still working on perfecting it).
OK – time to pack and head on off t0 National Airport. I have a ninety minute layover in Dallas and should be able to find a good meal (no airplane food – woo hoo!)
