Clean the closest kitchen cabinet. Eggs are no longer evil—at least one a day for me. I steam them on the stove in a double-boiler for 14 minutes and they come out consistent and perfect.

Of course, if I leave the kitchen going back to my office, I forget and I have over-boiled eggs—not perfect.
Back Story: to fill a bunch of Amazon Pantry panic orders, I stocked up on a whole lot of inexpensive organic spices—most less than a dollar each. It’s not like I needed them, but Amazon has a minimum buy for free shipping.

So while I was timing the eggs to perfection, I cleaned out my old coffee cabinet moved in the new and old spices stacked on a cool little spice rack, from Amazon of course. It was a good 14 minutes spent.
